DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This place is horrible. No point system, no customer service, no idea what they're doing. If there is a business that doesn't appreciate their customers it is TRULIEVE CAMP HILL. I've been to every dispensary in the area and this one BY FAR the sloppiest non-managed place I've ever witnessed. Take your hard earned money to RISE, Organic Remedies, Fluent or anywhere else. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! Don't bother to respond Trulieve. I've reached out to you and got b.s. responses already.

i placed an order this morning for our lord and savior Bio Jesus, because it is one of the most-effective strains to treat my symptoms. when i got to Harvest, it had was sold out. they told me that someone must have bought it between my order and pickup, meaning they didn't actually reserve my order. either that, or they are slow to update their availabile products upon selling out of certain things. either way, this is a medical establishment conducting themselves like street dealers; i won't be going back unless i have to

I visited the trulieve in camp hill and Melody Pierce did an amazing job waiting on me. She was extremely kind and patient with a very bubbly personality. She made my experience a good one and I will definitely be returning to visit her more!

Hands down one of the worst dispensaries in camp hill, it seems to be employed with a bunch of young delinquents, there is always a issue here as well they’re either going to make you wait for a very long time in the waiting area and there is always a issue with their system and Wifi, i have been sitting here for 2 hours mindless about this Wifi problem they seem to always have, they just walk by and do not even update you or anything, get actual employees who will serve their customers and get better Wifi Xfinity is played out.

I recently had an issue with a Moxie cartridge I had purchased from here that was leaking from the bottom into my battery but I brought it back in original packaging and the Manager Chris was so excellent and was able to refund me so easily and then pick out something way better for me and although I had to buy a new battery because mine was gunked up from the leaking cart and I didn’t have the receipt for the battery, he still picked me out a very nice $10 battery I didn’t mind paying for. Apparently this could’ve been more complicated if I was returning a terrapin cart or other carts that aren’t Trulieve’s associated brands so I was very thankful for a quick and easy fix, and I left with everything I needed! But still a helpful tip I think is to save your receipts of your batteries in case they break or are damaged!
